Terms of Service

Effective date: 9 July 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Gritmindspace Private Limited(CIN: US8549KA2026PTC221759), a company registered in India with its registered office at HA1802, Salarpuria Sattva Greenage, Hosur Main Road, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru — 560068, Karnataka, India ("Grit", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the Grit platform at getgrit.in and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Grit is — and is not

Grit is a self-study preparation platform for the NEET examination: practice questions, mock tests, previous year questions, analytics, study planning, and related tools. Some features are generated or personalised using artificial intelligence.

Grit is a preparation tool, not a guarantee. We do not promise any score, rank, admission, or outcome. Analytics such as readiness indicators or rank projections are estimates based on your practice data, provided to guide your study — they are not predictions of your actual NEET result. Grit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Testing Agency (NTA) or any government body. Always rely on official NTA publications for exam rules, syllabus, and dates.

2. Your account

3. Plans and payments

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Where the violation is serious (for example, content theft or payment fraud), we may do so without notice and without refund, and we reserve our legal remedies.

5. Content and intellectual property

6. AI-generated content

Parts of the Service — such as study-plan narratives, support answers, and suggested next steps — are generated by AI. We design and review these systems for accuracy, and academic content is checked against authoritative sources, but AI output can contain errors. If a solution or explanation ever conflicts with NCERT or official NTA material, the official material prevails — and we would appreciate you reporting it so we can fix it.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Grit available around the clock, but the Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, add, or remove features, and we will not materially reduce the core value of a paid plan during its validity. If we ever discontinue the Service entirely during your paid validity, we will refund the unused portion of your plan on a pro-rata basis.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grit's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam outcomes, lost opportunities, or data loss beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under applicable consumer protection legislation.

9. Termination

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms. For paid plans, the terms in force at purchase govern that purchase's refund and validity rights.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
